    CAKE:
Large Bundt pan buttered and floured.

6 medium eggs or 5 large ( medium best )

1 box of white cake mix and 1 box of spice ( bundt cake mix )

Normaly you would save the spices in the spice cake mix to make a "streak" in the cake but not this time, you mix it all together.

Pumkin spice ( to taste ) about 1/4 to half cup.

mix slowly then faster. Add 6-8 oz's of canned pumkin

re -mix then pour in bundt pan bake at 350 till done.

GLAZE: Over low heat in a sauce pan, take 6-8 OZ's of Orange Juice ( no pulp )
add a tablespoon of orange Liquor , add a whole package of convections sugar. Add a table spoon of pumkin spice and a pinch of cinammon spice.

NOW add approx 20 drops of yellow food coloring and 5 drops of red to make a perfect orange color. Stir until thick but runny ...... so you ca drizzle it over the cake.

take out the cake when done and drizzle the cake with your glaze.

Eat with whip cream on top. Enjoy.

Saw this on a show and tried it. its great!

  2. Looks great except for the fact that baking and I dont get a long too well. I once tried it and apparantly used baking soda instead of baking powder
