I love scrambled eggs, 3 inch stips of sausage that are sliced in half, toast with butter and strawberry jelly, and my Nestle&#039;s Quick chocolate milk.<br />

I was in Southside Produce a couple of weeks ago and if they sold red beans it would save me from having to stop at another store.  The ones they had came in a 3 pound bag and it was some brand I never heard of.<br />

But a beans a bean, right?  Wrong.  I cooked them for hours and hours in the slow cooker but the beans never got fully cooked.  Even the ones that were sort of cooked were chewy and the skin would come off while...<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Anybody from Baton Rouge has probably drank a Frostop root beer in a frozen mug and knows how good it is.<br />
I hardly ever get by that area and there is only one in town.<br />

Last week I was in a Rouse&#039;s and they had 24 ounce bottles of Frostop root beer for $1 apiece.  I bought 2 to see if it was the same and it is.   The stuff was stacked in cases near the store entrance so I don&#039;t know if it&#039;s a permanent item. Then they revealed that it wasn&#039;t chicken at all but some vegan concoction that they had come up with.     They were very stupid as far as having any business sense whatsoever.   They said they had sold $65k of the stuff last year but made $72k.      <br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Damn, I fried myself out tonight. A buddy of mine dropped of about 25 really nice large mouth bass...probably 3# average.I cleaned them all, gave 15 or them to a friend. That left me 10, so I have had friends over the last couple of days. <br />

Tonight, I fried enough for about 8 people. Had that, hush puppies, french fries, fried onions, and cole slaw. Best part is my mom came over and I sent enough home for she and my dad to have a couple of meals. <br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[There is some guy who drives an ice cream truck down my street sometimes but infrequently.  I have no idea when he might show up.  When I hear the music sometimes I want to buy something but by the time I get to the street he is always way down the street and headed elsewhere.   There are very few children on my street some he usually cruses though without selling anything.  This means I can&#039;t walk to his van while he is selling ice cream.<br />
