I don't understand this move. The guy is coach of the year in the 2007-2008 season, has a good year last year, and now gets the axe after starting 3-6. There must be more to the story.

Avery has a napoleonic complex, he showed his true colors to alot of GMs in the league this past offseason. He wants to be the trainer, asst coach, scout, head coach and worst of all GM.
