BReaking news on ESPN.
Who are the Hornets going to go after?
How bout Avery Johnson? Home town guy, could help chris paul out.
I don't understand this move. The guy is coach of the year in the 2007-2008 season, has a good year last year, and now gets the axe after starting 3-6. There must be more to the story.
Figured this was coming, but you cant really fault Scott, the GM should take the blame.
New Orleans Hornets fire Byron Scott, according to NBA sources - ESPN
for those who want to read it
Hornets GM, Jeff Bowers, to take over the head coaching duties and Tim Floyd has been hired as an assistant.
Did you just hear that flushing sound.....
*whispers* it was the Hornets organization going down the toilet!
no one for Avery?
Avery has a napoleonic complex, he showed his true colors to alot of GMs in the league this past offseason. He wants to be the trainer, asst coach, scout, head coach and worst of all GM.
To me this is the obvious choice.
He will bring a renewed energy.
