Read elsewhere that LSU is in preliminary conversations with So. Miss to switch it's 2007 game w/ LSU to next season.

    N. Texas, Az. St and So Miss...that's a respectable non-conf schedule. Three 2005 bowl teams, plus what's likely to be a preseason top 20 Az. St team.

Also, I like playing non-conf game "in region" whenever possible. Good for recruiting.

Wow...Think about it...Tennessee, Florida, Auburn, Arizona State...That's a great home slate there...Much better than this year, at least...

    Greetings Tiger fans

I may be stating the obvious but, Looking at the way 05 falls and the talent on hand, if the team can

    A. learn the new system
    B. Jell as a TEAM
    C. IMPROOVE the QB/RECEIVERS play
    D. Stay healthy

and St. Nick didn't leave any major/unfixable problems, We are Looking at a BCS GAME hands down, and somebody wanting our coach again :hihi:

I love Southern Miss's motto on their field which says something along the lines of "Will play anyone, anywhere" yet they backed out of the Auburn game last year
