If the media wants Oregon in the NC, it's because they've looked worthy of a spot in the NC game. They're a darn good team and certainly deserve some media love. There is no Pac-10 bias, that's a bunch of hogwash. Fans on the west coast say there is an SEC bias.

Fans on the west coast also disrespect the SEC all day long. Well not all of them, but a lot of them. Deep down, they know our conference is superior top to bottom, but they can't bring themselves to admit this. Ask me how I know this!

Sounds like if KU wins out, they jump Oregon. So if LSU wins out, we are probably looking at an LSU-KU MNC. Lot's of football left however.

I agree that betting Nebraska is no big feat. However, I think putting up 73 points against them is pretty impressive.

That AND the fact that the SEC plays the most physical style in all of college football. I really believe that. As such, even the teams that win do so at a price, so depth is key. Point being, a team that has success in a finesse conference might not have the same success playing an SEC schedule.

I think its crap that Kansas is the only bcs undefeated and is behind 3 1-loss teams.

Missouri has the best loss out of all 1-loss teams; only to oklahoma.

I was also relieved to see that Jerry Palm, the BCS national expert, said that he sees no way LSU could be passed by 2 teams if LSU wins out. It doesn't matter if end up dropping to #2 in the final BCS standings because we would still play for the title. I don't doubt our own BCS guru on this site, but it is nice to have it confirmed by another well known authority.

The little 12 is just so weak this year.

It's a good thing that no one gives a f**k what you think.

Credit to them for hanging 73 on Nebraska, but Nebraska has been giving up mega points this year in all of their losses. They just aren't that good. IMO, they just don't belong in the discussion when naming signature wins for Kansas.

Brad Edwards, the ESPN BCS guru, has been saying for a couple of weeks that LSU controls it's own destiny. I'm admittedly still a little nervous but it looks like if we win out, we will be playing for the BCS championship.

On another note... after watching Kansas play this Saturday I have to say that I am impressed. They are a good football team. Very disciplined and have decent talent at the skill positions but I don't see any way they get through Mizzou and OU without a loss.
