Just read the head count at www.lsusports.net along with a summary. I can't believe there were not more people there to see the college football NATIONAL CHAMPIONS spring game. WHAT THE FU@#!!!!!!!!!!!???????? :cuss:
Bad day and time. A lot of people including myself like watching the draft. Also the game should be at night. I promise you it would be a huge crowd.
The fact that only the east side was available for seating leaving everybody staring into the sun might have had something to do with the low turnout.
I think the two biggest reason are the draft and the fact that the game was televised state wide. If it wasn't televised I think there would have been many more. I bet 20-25,000. It was by no means a small crowd.
1:00pm, construction, draft, Jazzfest maybe...... don't matter what the reason, still very, very weak coming off the biggest season in 40 yrs. Auburn drew double that and they completely sucked.
It's because we know how bad ass we are and don't need a spring game to tell us that. Auburn fans are so worried they are going to suck again that they show up in droves to try and calm their fears...
