You hit the nail on the head. The offense is so predictable. I pretty much know what they are running as soon as they get in formation. Come on Jimbo, this is Major College Football. Not peanut league.

:champs: :crystal: :eek:ldskule: :helmet: :tigerhead  :cuss: :po: :bncry: :angryfire   :usaflagwa :laflagwav :( :sob:  You know all you guys are right but look at this next year we can probably go against Texas. Meaning it was a good thing that we lost. My dad and mom always tells me. If it doesn't kill you it will make you stronger. LSU may some of those seniors. Which are good player and they really played hard not like does Longhorns. When you look at I bet anyoe ten million bucks that Texas could not beat the teams in the SEC. Look at the competition. I know all you guys are saying you damn right. Other than this I'm emailing LSU and telling them to aim for the biggest goal in their in their career. TO DESTROY THE TEXAS LONGHORNS. We are ready know what USC is going to do to Texas. 90-0. The teams in California is the only state I say can be rivals to Louisiana. USC actually does have a good team. I've watch one of their games. USC doesn't always rely on Reggie Bush, they actaully pass it to other players. I love USC and I want them to whip longhorns ass so badly.:geauxtige LSU!

Nope, I was in school when Dinardo was there and had a great time. I'm not the AD, and I'm not on the Board, I'm just along for the ride, and like to enjoy my hobbies. Hence, I'm not going to whine and cry like a toddler because things aren't perfect.

Having grown up in BR, I don't recall the decades of losing as bringing the city down. If it does, that's pretty pathetic.

You're seriously tying your sales with LSU wins? What do you sell? Beer?

Decades of losing has become the norm prior to Saban.

Actually I sell stints to cardiologists. Run circles around you.

:rofl::rofl: So the stint business takes a nosedive when LSU loses? Oh man, that's the funniest thing I've ever heard.

Have you ever considered that sales were up in 2003 because you weren't miserable like every other year since the 50's?? People like happy salesmen.

Now you are showing your ignorance. We have a new type of stint this year, and it is not moving in Louisiana. In miss, it is flying off the shelf, but not Louisiana. Some Doctors(lsu grads) seem to be in a worse mood this year than years past which they have no business reason to do so b/c their reimbursements are up 40%. Some of these drs are lsu diehards, but have been extremely disgusted with Miles from the beginning. Mood does affect a person's ablity to buy. If you took an entry level marketing class, you would know that.

This does explain a lot. My grandfather needed a stint years ago and was told that they didn't have any, and just weren't in the mood to buy 'em. NOW I know that it was Mike Archer's fault. Thanks for the info.

But what is it that creates such poor play against all the indications of talent? Certainly, not everyone plays to the level they are expected to based on highschool scouting reports and previous years - but when almost everyone plays below expectations then coaching is at fault.

Miles gets a mulligan in my book next year because I can't defend the hurricane argument, even though I think it's a bit late in the year for that to still be affecting us - but after that, all bets are off. He'll have great remaining talent and a top recruiting class - and whether it's with a new O.C. or not, it's time to do more than squeak by game after game.

We sell other stints and do quit well, but the one I make the most money off of(the newest) is not moving. When in doubt, blame it on Blanco/Mike Jr.:thumb:
