Joe is for real. He will only improve as the season moves along and the receivers gain more experience. Either they come out flat next week or its going to be a crazy blowout.
I don't think his ceiling is very high, but he's definitely more capable than Etling ever was. He does not have a strong arm. So he'll need to be more accurate moving forward. This is a huge confidence boost for him as well as the OC being able to stay aggressive in the play calling.
16-28 198 yards, same exact yards per attempt but better completion rate, but the big stat being he completed two passes to us.
Some of that is on the receivers to get better separation and give him better windows. They all grew up a lot today though
It was a great win!!! Burrow has guts. He was really stinking it up, but when it counted the most, he made the throws....
Hard to get separation when the refs let them get mugged most of the game... They do need to create the space though... I'm still waiting on Jiles to show up, since we've been hearing so much about him
