Re: 2012 WR Avery Johnson Sounds like its what we thought. LSU vs. Miami battle...:wave: Can't see him going anywhere but LSU or Miami. He and PP grew up Miami fans. Unless PP had a terrible experience here, don't see how he can ignore what LSU is going to do for his future. I think its safe to say, PP will end up a first round pick. Avery has to feel comfortable with that situation, plus his parents already live in BR(to my knowledge).

Re: 2012 WR Avery Johnson Other than the LSU stuff other teams are starting to offer like Bama, Memphis, and FSU. Seems to be taking the step back on making any definite statements about who he likes but still pimping LSU. Only definite statement is that he wants out of Florida. I believe he is going to be at one of the camps this summer and he knows he is waiting on getting his LSU offer on campus and in person. LSU is the team to beat at the early stages and I think that carries over until NSD.

Sidenote: Today was the 1st day college coaches could call junior prospects. This is the 1st year that written offers could not be handed out on September 1st.
