Exactly. No one wants to throw out the constitution, but profiling foreign-born muslims is the single most effective way of dealing with islamist radicals in our midst. Israel has proved this in over 50 years of dealing with the problem. In the current climate, it would be irresponsible not to pay triple attention to anybody who meets the profile of the enemy. It would be foolish not to run sting operations to try and ferret them out. It's not a Bush scheme to take our rights. It's an active defense. The Clinton administration used the same tactics to break up the Millenium Bombing plot.
