No shoes No shirt No Service. A company can deny anyone insurance if they want. It's their business. I'm sick of the left still rambling about insurance prices and pre-existing conditions and what insurance doesn't pay for blah blah blah. STFU and actually read what insurance is and what you are paying for. If you want a pay-for-service plan get ready to fork over money because I'm not going to pay for these asshats that can't comprehend what a freaking business model is.

sure they can, but it may be illegal. as a matter of public policy, the segment of the population that want and cant get coverage, especially for no good reason, are being shafted by the system that inflates medical costs. it is de facto no access to medical care, like in senegal
Everybody wants when they can't get. That's obviously b/c they have issues that don't make insurance sense unless they want to pay $4k a month for the measure of their risk. Medical costs go up b/c of these blood sucking lawyers, the dollar in the dirt, the govt. all up in the business trying to "set" pricing, and those that don't pay their bills and cost shift to those that do.
