If I were to venture a guess on SEC losses... Vandy to Michigan MSU to UAB Miss to Mphs St. Kentucky to Louisville. I'd think Southern Miss vs Florida would be an interesting game to watch along with UT vs Cal.
Texas Tech beat them 56-3 last year. Good game to take someone who isn't much of a fan to. Like taking a youngster to catch panfish, you have to keep them interested.
It was 23-0, and USC had just come off of the loss of Carson Palmer to the NFL. Along with the loss to Georgia Tech, it kickstarted AU's 8-5 season.
Florida International is in Miami. A large university that did have two campuses in Miami. FIU was in the Trans America Athletic Conference in basketball for a while then added football a few year's ago and is now competing in the Division I-A Sun Belt Conference. Coached by former Miami Dolphins QB Don Strock.
Not to be confused with Florida Atlantic, up the road, coached by Howard Schnellenberger or Central Florida in Orlando, coached by Mr. Resume.
Re: OK, I'll admit...it took a second or two... Speaking of ooc games, LSU and Arizona State finally reached an agreement on when to play out their series. Instead of LSU making the scheduled trip there in 2008, a new home & home series has been set for 2015 and 2016. Exciting huh?
