16 Tigers will be taking part in the Pro Day today. Dorsey will get a chance to settle the rumors of knee surgeries and all the other ailments reported by the media. McFadden and Felix had their Pro Day yesterday. McFadden removed a lot of doubt after missing his pro day and he only did a half a workout. to prove how much of a class act Miles is. Alley Broussard one of the kids in his all-time dog house will be working out. http://www.nola.com/sports/t-p/index.ssf?/base/sports-36/120650894963160.xml&coll=1 Miles wants him to get his shot at mainstream attention to build him some buzz for the NFL.
Thats pretty big of Coach Miles and the athletic department to extend that opportunity for this kid, he should take this chance and do well. He should thank and praise LSU for the invitation as well. Thats good stuff, thanks Clair
Dorsey ran a 5.10 40 which is about the average of the DTs at the combine and his broad jump was good. Ali ran an 4.88 which is slightly better than last time but he needed at least a 4.7 IMO to remove doubt. Hopefully his shuttle will prove otherwise. Doucet ran a 4.65 Chevis is having a good day with a 4.63 and the highest Base and verticle jumps today.
They have updated the numbers and they all look better. Ali ran a 4.74 Doucet 4.56/ shuttle 4.55/ 3 cone 7.47 Dorsey 5.10/4.95/7.63 Flynn and Hester appear to be not working out. Steltz 4.63 Zennon 4.55
Not really, He is a hands guy that is not afraid to go over the middle. Doesn't have the speed that others have in this draft otherwise he would be projecting higher right now.
That is a pretty impressive cone drill for Dorsey. So far he hasnt hurt himself in any events, but hasnt had that "shock" factor either...it is going to be an interesting draft.
