Re: 2009 1/2 RB Bryce Brown Friday High 79, Low 58 Isolated T-storms Chance of Precip: 30% Saturday High 75, Low 45 Scattered T-storms Chance of Precip: 40% Sunday High 64, Low 52 Partly Cloudy Chance of Precip: 10% Looks like it's gonna be girls in (possibly wet) tank-tops and shorts. :thumb::thumb: Take it FWIW. From a Miami poster on another site.
Re: 2009 1/2 RB Bryce Brown Nothing new, more of the same: So, the question becomes- was Brown out of options, or just interpreting Miami's decision to fly the straight and narrow as a lack of interest? http://ncaafootball.fanhouse.com/2009/02/24/brown-out-at-miami-top-recruits-spurns-the-u/
What About Bryce Brown ? What are yall's thoughts on this kid. He is the rated the number 1 recruit by rivals and is coming for a visit this weekend. I for one am a bit leery about this kid. You know you don't won't one bad apple to spoil the barrell if you know what I mean. I am sure he is talented but so was Perrilloux.
Re: What About Bryce Brown ? This kid is well-spoken.. and wants to do what is best for his future. I heard he's pretty smart too. The only thing that I dislike is his 'handler'. Outside of that.. no big deal. Whichever school he attends is getting a great athlete who is probably gone in 3 years.
Re: 2009 1/2 RB Bryce Brown You know, after reading several articles on the Bryce Brown recruiting saga, I'm really impressed by the way in which Bryce's dad is conducting himself. The latest article I read quoted Mr. Brown as saying that Miami's supposed loss of interest in Bryce did not affect Mr. Brown's relationship with coach Shannon. He even referred to Shannon as family and said his other son who is a LB there is happy. He went further to say that he understood coach Shannon's position and didn't blame him at all. How refreshing it is to have LSU recruiting a person who's dad is shooting straight. Especially after coach Miles had to deal with Janzen Jackson's dad's role in outright deception and lies; and Ruben Randle's dad's role in manipulation of LSU's recruiting process. I hope Brown signs with LSU, but even if he doesn't, I bet coach Miles is in for a refreshing change after the way this recruiting year ended.
Re: 2009 1/2 RB Bryce Brown I keep reading what the coon hats on vol nation are posting on the BB saga and it seems their little whore they hired to sway BB UT's way is doing a good job. If she does land him their then they need to pay her to spend quality time hosting all their recruits.
