I see Holliday going the way of Skylar Green. Great college talent, but just too small for the NFL. And Green has at least 3-4 inches on the Ocho.
You may ultimately be right but TH has more speed than SG did not that he was slow. What made Skyler good in the return game was his ability to change directions. I wonder what he's up to. EDIT: Currently on the roster with the Edmonton Eskimos: http://www.esks.com/roster/index/team/3/sort/last Here's what he's done thus far: Acquired: Signed as a free agent on October 6, 2009. 2009: (Edmonton) He was on the reserve list for the first three games he was with the Esks and on the 1-game injured list Oct 30. He was activated in the final game of the season to return kicks. He returned four kickoffs for 44 yards and three punts for 99 yards, including a 62-yarder. Playoffs: Green was the kick returner in the Western Semi-Final and returned four punts for 77 yards and five kickoffs for 176 yards, including a 93-yarder for his first CFL touchdown. He was named Special Teams Player of the Week. http://www.esks.com/roster/show/id/2851
I can't see Holliday taking Roby's spot on the roster. Roby is an excellent kick coverage man as well as a returner. Holliday would have to contribute as more than just a return man. Scott would be a nice pickup. His power style would give the Saints 3 options, all with distinct individual qualities, at tailback. Agree with Izzy, Jones looks more like a strong safety than a free safety. He'd look good in black and gold. I could see Coleman sticking as a special teams ace.
I think Keiland Williams offers that option all in one back. I really think he's going to be a very good NFL RB. We'll see.
Man i would have loved to have seen Keiland as a feature back somewhere, in a different offensive scheme. I think Keiland's lack of production or at least a good percentage can be attributed to the fact that Charles Scott or Jacob Hester were ahead of him on the depth chart and then the mindnumbing offense that has been run in Baton Rouge.
