Crowton is calling the plays, but Miles needs to get more involved in play calling. Crowton sucks.

 

Seriously LSU has the most overrated WR talent in the NCAA

 

The D is keeping us in the game. Other than the drive to close the half, the O is as pathetic as ever.

Some observations:
--Looks like Jones pushed off on both of those catches, especially on the back shoulder catch.
--When RS got drilled on the incomplete pass, did it look like a helmet to helmet hit?
--RR HAS to make that catch.
--Why not use a timeout with :10 remaining and take another shot downfield?

The offense HAS to come through today.

would like to see handing the ball to MFord in the 2nd half, esp. when Lee is at QB.

 

This is absolutely my #1 complaint about JJ. He has a burning need to be the hero.

 

We get the second half kickoff. For once, how about a clock-eating drive for a TD to open the half. The second half killed us at Auburn -- we can't allow that happen to again to the D.

man...this offense sure knows how to take the fun out of a big game. i see tiger stadium feels the same way :nope:

 

people may not agree but talent for talent i would take lsu over bama. But they are so much better fundamental and smart players due to coaching.

I dont know who it was at the end their but instead of trying to get out of bounds and maybe saving a second we dipdy do and run the clock out.

It is the difference in preperation in practice in going over these situations and knowing what to do versus coming into the game and not prepared for what happens.

Alot of games are won by your game plan , preparation( Coaching ), and gameday execution of a planned attack.

The problem is i think crowton executed his gameplan perfectly. Be predictable, play to keep it close and let our defense play 80 percent of the game. let them stack the box and throw our vaunted option attack at them.

This is the offense we waited an off week to see.

No new wrinkles. No misdirection. No screens. No quick ins against zone defenses. No throws to playmakers till last drive.,

We could still win this game but it will be up to our defense.

Unfortunatly they are going to wear down and then bama running game might take over.

I know we can beat these guys but our offense is going to have to find a way to make some big plays and get to 24 points.

Come on tigers lets make it happen.

 

I'll be shocked if our O scored a TD today.
