Re: 2011 CB David Jenkins The good thing about Jenkins and Raven is they're both big CBs. The good thing about that, it brings versatility. They could possibly slide over to S if we need depth there. Perfect for a Chavis defense. Would not be surprised to see LSU pick both of these guys up with intentions to move them to S and then take a commit from someone like Martin who is a fast CB.

Any updates on this kid? LSU has been producing some serious talent at cornerback lately, so I'm always interested to see who that next impact kid at the position will be. This guy is a 4-star on rivals and seems to be flying under the radar sort of like Mathieu did last year. Any news on his play as of late?
For the life of me I can't remember the All-Star game he played in already tis year but he was one of the top performers and were saying the same things you are. Kind of worries me that he is getting all this attention as of late but I haven't heard he was given serious thought to going elsewhere.
Also baffling how this kid isn't a top 50 recruit on Rivals seeing as he is rated top 5 in three of their major categories for position rankings.
