Not the current rankings but the Final Enrolled Rankings which come out closer to the Fall will assuming everything else stays the same.
He apparently has a history of academic and behavior issues... Seems to be part of the reason that Oregon passed on him.

So, this guy has a tattoo of a cross across his throat. I'm not too excited about that; it looks horrible.
Way to stereotype the kid. That's pretty low to judge someone based on a tattoo, which happens to be a cross. Oh no, he must be a thug and a terrible human being because of it. Way to go guy. :dis:
I really hope we actually give him a chance at QB and try to develop him because he has the tools imo and definitely deserves a real shot
