I just wish all the neysayers were here to discuss how much Miles is hurting our recruiting, because of his poor coaching. The program is most definately headed in the wrong direction. Re: 2011 RB Kenny Hilliard When all is said and done the 2011 class might be the best to ever come out of Louisiana. I dont quite remember the year or all the studs but James, Faulk, Davis, Toefield, Reed, etc were a pretty special class as well.

Re: 2011 RB Kenny Hilliard I talked to Coach Minton earlier in the month when it was announced that Kenny got the Gatorade award. This was right when Wilson's name started coming up as a possible LSU hire. He told me then (didn't post it because I felt like I'd be betraying his trust) that he thought if we got Wilson, Kenny would commit pretty quickly. Besides the obvious on-the-field talent he brings, he will be a huge positive influence in the locker room. I don't know that he'll be an influence in recruiting the way Shepard was, but he is a very humble, down to earth person, and a serious student-athlete. In every way, a huge "get" for Miles and co.

Would make it three times if wins it again as a senior. --Hilliard was first-team 3A All-State as a freshman, sophomore, and junior. He'll be 4-time All-State if he wins it again as a senior --Hilliard has a 3.18 grade-point average --Hilliard is vice president of his junior class this year (student council) --He has volunteered with the Special Olympics and donated his time to a literacy-outreach program for local elementary school students. I also didn't know that both Dalton and Ike Hilliard were both from Patterson, LA -- just like Kenny.
