I thought it was a foot injury, not a knee.

It was, he tore ligaments in his foot. Far as a knee injury too...not sure about that.

Will visit LSU and Bama this week and those are his top 2. His top 5 also includes Nebraska, Tenn, and USC.

I think he is going to let this play out at least until after the summer but in the end the home school wins out. HE said he doesn't like being too far from home.

LSU/Bama battle with LSU holding the edge and home field advantage. He will be on campus quite a bit this summer and I still think he will commit end of summer or before his season starts.

    Shocker...

    He committed to Bama

I would think LSU still has a very good chance of him switching his commitment especially since he is a home body from what I hear. He is probably liking the depth chart at Bama a little better along with Jarvis Landry already on board.

Bummer, but I never had a great feeling about him going to LSU. Most of these recruits have mastered being coy.

I think I remember him saying a long time ago that he would look elsewhere if we offered too many WRs but that doesn't make much sense given Bama has 3 other WRs committed.

LSU will be after him hard though from the other commits and he will be on LSU's campus at least 4 times this summer for track and field meets.

Can we ever get a true slot receiver? Jesus. We are so unlucky recruiting the smaller guys with speed...

I felt he was a bigger need at WR because we basically have no true slot guy on the team. RS just moved there and has a lot to learn. I think this is far from over though, I'd be surprised if he stuck with his commit...
