yeah, it's just north of Baltimore, and it's really nice up there

Baltimore Colts great Johnny Unitas sent his kids to Towson, and raised money for their football stadium which is named in his honor. Unitas is also buried in a cemetary close to Towson

the most famous football player for Towson was Dave Meggett, who was 3-time NFL All-Pro (Meggett won the won the Walter Payton Award at Towson, the Div 2 Heisman)

the Saints' OT Jermon Bushrod also played for Towson

also, the guy that played Murdock on the A-Team is a Towson grad

in fiction, the character Elaine in Seinfeld is from Towson

also, being that Tom Clancy is from Towson, his main character Jack Ryan is from Towson. the main character of his Splinter Cell video games is also from Towson

I'm glad next year's OOC will be better! They need to make Florida play some damn strong OOC teams! Their OOC teams they have played have been weak as of past few years!

I think that's the trade off. Give the fans 8 home games (and for the athletic department, that's 8 home games of $$$$) getting a school in here that you know won't/can't ask for a return trip.

Good business if you ask me. ...as long as they don't do that every year like Kansas St and Ohio St. do. But every so often? Meh! What's the harm?

I'm fairly new to college football and it's heartening to know that even regulars don't know all of the teams!
I had a former housemate who went to Loyola (mentioned above) - I asked him if they had a football team and he just laughed.
