It was the SOLE reason LSU was left out 2 years ago.

They said, why would we invite LSU when they didn't make their conference tournament?

Fucking bastards have no set rules.

RPI is a joke of a system.

Are they gonna try to "grow the game" in the northeast again soon?

Better off picking teams based on colors.

Likely is...too bad you guys haven't met this season up until now.

    Wait! Where's the schedule fairness? ;) :D

Good question. Vandy faced the bottom four west division teams from 2012, while LSU took on the east's top three from last season.

I wonder what the procedure is on determining how the SEC schedule works itself out. If I recall correctly, there were four east teams on our schedule; Vandy, UGA, UT, and Mizzou.

Who did LSU get from the east?

    Carolina, Kentucky, Florida and Mizzou.

Except for Vandy, we played every team from the East that made the SECT: SC, Kentucky, Florida,Mizzou

Also note that of the 8 SEC teams projected by Baseball America to go to the NCAAT, 6 are from the West, only 2 from East, and we played all 8 except Vandy

Has anyone looked to see what Mizzou did last year in the Big12?

The thing that strikes me about the four east team that made the SECT, three were in the "play-in games" Tuesday. The east was limping along this past season.
