Don has an impressive network of coaches and referees around the state that he depends on for his information. He also will be the first to admit when he is wrong. Like the recruiting services this time of year, rankings are far from accurate.

That 40 yard dash time was made while he was running uphill, into the wind while wearing cowboy boots...

Dandy's Rankings are very far off IMO and that is common at this stage with his rankings.

Duke Riley and Elias in the top 6 is shocking.

Beckwith who will likely play DE should be the 1st or 2nd DE on the list with Tim Williams being the other. I think the WRs are all out of whack.

Melvin Jones and Preston should be the top LBs. LSU is only taking 1 maybe 2 in this class and I think either could be a nice addition to this class.

Jay Washington, Baker, Skinner, and Lavalias way too low.

The Lavalias kid is kin to Chad. I also think the Skinner TE is related to Anthony (Anthony's from Patterson but made it to LSU from Gulf Coast CC). Anthony was signed in 1995.

You are seeing more and more former LSU players relatives show up on the field in high schools. Anyone want to tell me the recruit that signed with LSU thats related to one of the Fab-5 that LSU signed years ago?

The rankings will move up and down all through the year, Don and the Scouts do this every year.
