ESPN scouting report begins: "Paris is a tall, rangy corner with the length, closing speed and aggressiveness that is sought after at the position. A playmaker with polished ball skills, he also has press-man ability at corner needed to lock down at that college level and the scheme versatility to play safety..."
  3. Recent tweets by Paris:

--I look up to @RealPeterson21!! (Patrick Peterson)

--I get to play with my big bro @Jmills_LSU now (and Jalen Mills wrote him back: "aye congrats lil bro imma have u right bout time u get here")

--@kavahraholmes (LSU CB Kavahra Holmes) happy birthday big homie
  4. nice

"Everything just feels right at LSU. The coaches, the fans and the football program are all top notch," Paris, clad in an LSU hat and T-shirt, said Sunday at the New Level Athletics 7-on-7 tournament in Rockledge, Fla.
Paris, along with 2015 Tigers commitment Kevin Toliver, a cornerback from Trinity Christian School in Jacksonville, Fla., openly recruited for LSU at the event.

  5. Sweet, lovin all the info!
  6. The annual New Level Athletics Elite 7-on-7 National Championship has hit Brooklyn, N.Y., and here were Saturday's top performers on defense.

DB Edward Paris, Mansfield (Tex.) Timberview (2014)

Paris is big for a safety, yet shows the coverage skills to play cornerback. In fact, Paris played exclusively at cornerback on Saturday and locked down his side of the field while doing so. Listed at 6-foot-2, Paris appears right around 200 pounds. His frame could project him as an outside linebacker, but his speed and coverage skills will keep him in the defensive backfield. For as big as he is, Paris was one of the fastest players on the field, and his closing speed sets him apart.
  7. Based on the film, the only neg I see is a lack of tackling fundamentals. He just blows up ballcarriers with a shoulder hit. Can't rely on that in the SEC. Other than that, he looks big-time.
  8. Next years recruiting clas will be sick people!! Mark it down.....my prediction....will not be the biggest.....but will be the best quality class EVER!!
