Is that his brother in the back right with the LSU sweatshirt on? I know he was big based on his stats but dang, he will take up a whole side of the offensive line by himself!! That being said, I like it!!
Thanks for the video link isl. Based on what I saw there, he could be our next big 3-star "find". Listed as a DE, but really played outside linebacker on most of the video. Runs well and has great fundamentals in tackling, even better than Clifton Garrett, based on the videos. ST gets to the ball, wraps up, and puts the man down in a hurry. Looks like a prototype Sam LB to me, but given Chavis' preference for small LB's, he'll be a DE.
Ya know, I think you're right. This guy looks like a linebacker to me too. Chavis has never said he likes "small". He likes "speed" and this guy is definitely fast enough. LSU reportedly told a high 4* linebacker not to visit because their LB class was full. I don't remember the exact timing but I thought that meant they were expecting Kenny Young. Maybe this was that third linebacker. Garrett, Alexander and Tuehema. I'll take that.
