Doubt it...Saban wouldn't give anyone that news until he is ready. He doesn't care for anyone's feelings or the consequences unless it furthers his agenda.
From what I heard Bama wasn't expecting him to decommit and were caught off guard. Just don't think he was ever confident with his decision to play there. Maybe pressure from Cam and Sims. I have also heard he had an official visits after he committed to Bama that didn't go over too well.
Just FYI…ESPN just got additional quotes from Hootie confirming that he did sign aid papers to LSU and Bama.
So in that case LSU has to take him. Although someone brought up a great point, I think it was you, that said all a team has to do is show you the cold shoulder and you won't enroll at that school if you have any sense.
