"There’s a very legitimate shot that Westside (Texas) wide receiver Frank Iheanachocould end up pledging to the Tigers. The 6-foot-6, 220-pound Iheanacho sports a 6-foot-11 wingspan and has showed his length throughout the West team practices.

Iheanacho wants to play wide receiver in college and believed that if were to go to LSU then he would have to play tight end. However, LSU coaches are thrilled with Jacory Washington at the tight end spot in this class and sources confirmed last night that the Tigers are in fact recruiting Iheanacho as a wide receiver."

    Believe nothing.

6-6 seems awfully tall for a WR. If he's good enough for the coaches then that's fine by me. Are there any examples of super tall WRs being very successful?

The sweet spot for NFL Wideouts seems to be 6-2 to 6-4. Megatron is 6-5.

Eh, I think that would be sour grapes to say he's a better fit than Noils. We could have used Noils as a very dangerous slot WR or a Percy Harvin type. Maybe not strong enough to pound it like Percy, but the general idea.

Sadly he wanted to go put up big numbers in a finesse offense and not win rings. Either way if this kid wants to come to LSU and plays hard that's a better fit just because of actually wanting to be here.

Oh dang. I didn't realize Calvin was that tall. I thought he was 6'3". No wonder he is such a beast. It's very rare for a 6'5" guy to be filled out enough to take the pounding of playing WR. If LSU thinks this kid has the frame to put on weight and do that. . .I'm definitely all on board.
