Definitely not done at this point. We still have all the family trying to get this done as well. We are in crunch time though because he is an early enrollee.
I don't really believe in the "if we get Noil we get Willis" thing, but here is to hoping we get Noil and then in turn flip Willis.
Something that makes me think it may be done with Noil is that he hasn't even talked to Frank since he committed per his own words in an article last night. Can't even man up to Frank tells me something and I don't think the staff will play that game.
