Just talked with people on the Gridiron Club. Once again L’Auberge Event Center will be the host site. You must have a table. A wrist band will get you fed at 6-7 buffet tables, also get you into the VIP room.

This should be fun to have Orgeron on stage.

Here he is in Ark..go to the 24 min. mark...

I want it! But I'm going to need you to get them to change the date and city for me. Thanks!

    Weekend visits...
    LSU Official Visit Updates
LSU has a big official visit weekend on tap with 11 prospects scheduled to start arriving in Baton Rouge on Friday afternoon.

Six prospects who have already committed to the Tigers are on the list as they try and help secure some more pledges with five-star offensive guard Maea Teuhema at the top of the list. The nation’s No. 2 offensive guard according to the 247Sports Composite is tentatively slated to visit UCLA next weekend and the LSU staff hopes to nip that in the bud this weekend.

The other commits who will be in are four-star running back Derrius Guice, four-star receiver Jazz Ferguson, four-star offensive guard Adrian Magee, three-star tight end Bry’Keithon Mouton, and three-star defensive end Isaiah Washington.

At the top of the board for uncommitted targets is four-star defensive end Prince Tega Wanogho Jr.

New LSU defensive line coach Ed Orgeron and defensive coordinator Kevin Steele made their first recruiting stop as a Tiger on Thursday to visit with the four-star defensive end. The 6-foot-8, 250-pounder is a major target for the Tigers and this weekend will tell whether LSU has a good shot at landing his signature.

Along with Tega Wanogho Jr., four-star defensive end Arden Key is set to come in. He was once committed to South Carolina but recently opened things back up. Orgeron visited with Key on Thursday and is going all in on the Georgia-native.

Another major target on the offensive side of the line of scrimmage is four-star offensive tackle Chidi Valentine-Okeke. The 6-foot-6, 305-pounder is the No. 7 tackle in the country and is No. 106 overall in the 247Sports Composite.

Arizona State commit Zach Robertson is the No. 24 offensive guard in the land and LSU offensive line coach Jeff Grimes secured a visit from him within the past week despite his recent pledge to the Sun Devils on Dec. 26.

Last, but certainly not least, is Louisiana-native Derrick Dillon, who is currently committed to Florida.

LSU offered the four-star receiver in late November and since then things have started to heat up where the Tigers have a legitimate shot at flipping him from the Gators.

LSU heads into the weekend with 16 commitments for 2015 and had the No. 13 class in the country according to 247Sports.

Stay glued to the thread below for updates throughout the weekend.

Four-star defensive end Arden Key is making his second visit to LSU in two months, having also taken an unofficial visit to campus for the Alabama game in November.

Back on campus again for his official visit, the Georgia standout and No. 5 weakside defensive end in the country also brought along his father, mother and sister, and it appears the group is not only enjoying their three-day trip to Baton Rouge, but they've also apparently grown close to the newest edition to LSU's coaching staff: defensive line coach Ed Orgeron, who has now taken over Key's recruitment for the Tigers.

Key is ranked as the No. 107 overall prospect in the 2015 class. Orgeron's first day recruiting on the road for LSU was Thursday, and Key was the second prospect that he went and visited with.

Key dropped his commitment from South Carolina for a second time earlier this month, and now he will finish out his recruiting process with trips to Georgia next weekend and Auburn on the final weekend before National Signing Day.

This Weekends Visits, from my friend Scott:
LSU will be entertaining 11 prospects on official visits this weekend, including two quarterbacks. The two quarterbacks are current Ohio State commitment Torrance Gibson, and Manny Miles, the son of LSU head coach Les Miles. Manny Miles is a fine dual-threat quarterback who led University Lab to the Division II state title, but he’s more of a D1 baseball prospect and he has reportedly said before that he isn’t going to play football for LSU. As for Gibson, he’s a four-star dual-threat quarterback out of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, who is currently committed to Ohio State but is having second thoughts due to the Buckeyes being loaded at quarterback. If Gibson flips away from Ohio State, he is likely to go to either Auburn or LSU. Last week he visited Auburn and had a great time.

The other prospects visiting LSU this weekend include two brothers of current Tigers (WR Lanard Fournette and LSU LS commit Blake Ferguson), two big targets (OT Toby Weathersby and CB Iman Marshall) and several players already committed to being Tigers.Perhaps the biggest recruit from the entire group, both figuratively and literally, is offensive tackle Weathersby (6'4", 300, Houston). LSU currently has commitments from three offensive linemen but would very much like to land another one or two. Of course, landing Marshall, a five-star cornerback, would be a huge get for the Tigers, but LSU is already absolutely loaded at the cornerback position especially after landing Donte Jackson Wednesday.

Besides Gibson, Miles, Weathersby and Marshall, another visitor of particular interest this weekend is LSU RB commit Nicholas Brossette (6'0", 210, University High). As I wrote yesterday, Brossette recently took a visit to Texas and the Longhorns gave him a lot to think about. This weekend will be LSU’s chance to firm up his commitment and assure him that LSU is where he belongs. I have a feeling that bringing in his teammate and good friend, Manny Miles, on the same weekend is not coincidental.
