1. He was a transfer. The entire college football world sans Terry knows that. It doesn't matter whether he chose to leave or not. Like I posted, that case was the definitive reason why the SEC just adopted an expanded no-transfer rule to include physical abuse, sexual violence, etc. If anyone in that situation was never considered a transfer, the rule wouldn't be necessary.
