Ho Hum, another greart DB. I heard Hanagriff say there would be some huge news after the commercial break and I'm thinking "How huge? Did the Tigers trade for Tom Brady?" If trades were allowed in college LSU could trade some DBs for a great QB and still have a great secondary.
Hmmmm, some interesting rumblings about the #3 player in the country...also from IMG Academy and a teammate. That would be Shavar Manuel, a 6'5" 262 DE and #1 player in Florida. Right now out of 28 Crystal Ball predictions, LSU has a grand total of 0. But he seems disappointed he had a conflict with the LSU JR day last weekend and couldn't attend. What is higher than "epic class"? "Legendary class"? Right now, I see a very real chance that LSU could end up with 7 consensus (not cherry picking from service to service) 5* in the 2016 recruiting class. Glad I left that spot open for 1 DE and only listed 24 predicted signings! Add in Trayvon Mullen (CB) with LSU clearly the favorite for him...and also from IMG. In fact,. LSU has a very good chance of getting 4 out of the top 10 players out of Florida...2 are already committed with Franks #8 and Smith #2 in Florida. Trayvon is #10 out of Florida. Does that mean the "fence is down?"
yeah, unfortunately that's how we felt in 2014 as well. I think we'll have a great class but trying not to get my hopes. I really hope we hold on to Smith.
Wake me up when some LB's chime in. Great kid, but can he convert to the middle? Doubt it cause his measurements don't say Steel. Which begs the question, has Steel converted any kids to LB? With success? ?
Maybe he can switch over to WRer and actually learn the playbook, stand up when running routes, not quit on balls that aren't perfectly thrown, and recognize blitzes which would make him the hot receiver. Not to mention have decent hands to catch the well thrown balls to him,
Yeah, how rude of Saivion Smith to commit out of order. Perhaps, your exact order of LSU commitments has not been properly communicated to the LSU prospects.
