he was like our 6th or 7th choice, right? will he actually get a chance to showcase his skills or will he just sit next to the next prospect and rot as they get the ones they actually wanted to fit our non-system? Im not sure Lindsey made the best decision for himself but im glad we got him. then again, les backed into our last decent qb. this is how dumb luck often plays out.
he was fired yet ends up getting a nice rallying bowl win, which sorta influenced everyone into returning, lost our shitty DC luckily though unwillingly, hired one of the better DC prospects out there by default which then kickstarted the #1 recruiting class even further along.
just when I thought his horseshoe had worn out.

The search for a quarterback took the LSU coaching staff from coast to coast, but the answer ended up being right down the road the entire time.
Zachary quarterback Lindsey Scott Jr. took an official visit to LSU this weekend, leading to a commitment Sunday. The two-time 5A Louisiana Player of the Year and 2015 Louisiana Gatorade Player of the Year released a top two of Maryland and LSU prior to the trip, but the Tigers have worked tirelessly to sway the dynamic playmaker.
Scott's father Lindsey Scott Sr. told NOLA.com that he "is excited about the opportunity for his son to play at LSU."
