More gems from the socialist nitwit....

"Our nation is in a moral crisis,” said Ocasio-Cortez in response to a question about why she went to the border just three days before the primary election.
    ***
“We have to have a rapid response,” she said. “And I think every day that we go on, especially a day when something that heinous happens, we have to occupy all of it. We need to occupy every airport. We need to occupy every border. We need to occupy every ICE office until those kids are back with their parents, period.”

"Unemployment is low because everyone has two jobs"

"Unemployment is low because people work 60, 70, 80 hours a week"

"We should help the Iraq. Give them maps. Such as the Iraq, Everywhere, Like, Such As.."

"Capitalism has not always existed in the world and it won't always exist in the world"

The Dems say she's the future of the party! Woot! She's even better than Hildabeast. A typical all hat no cattle bumper sticker politico.

so yesterday, I did what I never do,.. I had the TV on the news all day. CNN at first, they went on about the Helsinki summit constantly, thoroughly lambasting trump, I don't remember them talking about any other stories. Very little talk of impeachment, pretty much everyone thought it ludicrous at this point,.. but the news-people seemed very pissed at Trump, unprofessional at times

Then I switched to FOX,.. the difference was astounding. They showed other stories, but the big news was Helsinki so the summit kept being discussed,.. their general take it seemed to me was Trump had screwed up, but they accepted Trump's would/wouldn't patch and thought not much damage was done.

Two things from FOX I thought interesting,.. they kept using a dem representative as an example,.. he was clammering for impeachment,.. I watched for hours the FOX editorialists kept citing him like he was the dem standard opinion,.. again I never heard a squeak from this guy on CNN. The 2nd interesting thing was Ocasio-Cortez,.. she was all over fox, mostly clips of her sounding like an idiot, which she clearly is. FOX kept calling her a democratic rising star,.. on CNN they mentioned her primary victory, but that's it. The only talk I've heard of her being the future of the dem party is from those who hate the democratic party. FOX was parading them before camera using them both as scapegoats to portray the dems in a bad light.

I'm biased against fox, but that was my take.

has anyone here found an honest news source?

Lets face it. There is no unbiased press anymore. It's all about pushing whatever agenda they think will get them the best ratings so they can make more advertising dollars.

    So does an actual camel.

"Tom Perez, chairman of the Democratic National Committee (DNC), appeared Tuesday on the Bill Press Show and when asked about the party’s future, he replied:

I have three kids. Two of them are daughters — one just graduated college, one who is in college. And they were both texting me about their excitement over Alexandria (Ocasio-Cortez) because she really — she represents the future of our party."

"Come November, Ocasio-Cortez is almost certain to become the youngest woman ever elected to Congress....
Ocasio-Cortez’s victory has been a boost for the young, for minorities, for women, for a lot of people who have been beaten down by the seeming dominance of Trump and the unrelenting news he generates.

Just in case you decide to take a break from Fox....

Who knew Tom Perez hated the democratic party?

Good observations on confirmation bias. Here is a paradox to solve: What came first? Fake news or biased opinion.

Bill Press? The New Yorker? The Guardian? Lol. Besides, who cares where the links come from? Perez is the Chairman of the DNC....and he said what he said.

    From CNN....
"Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez says she would support the impeachment of President Trump if the Democratic party had the grounds for action."

    From NBC...
" Since her massive upset victory over New York Democratic Rep. Joe Crowley last month, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has been touted as the fastest-rising star in the Democratic firmament. Potential 2020 presidential contenders seized on her victory as a sign that unapologetic liberalism is where the party is headed. Suddenly would-be national candidates were falling all over themselves to call to abolish ICE. Think pieces over What It All Means -- including in this space -- were launched."

What's important here is this.....most media were doing what they usually do, ignoring voters, polls, and pumping up "their" candidate. Crowley was a regular on MSNBC and his own brother is retained as legal counsel by them. They made a last-minute donation to his campaign when things were starting to look shaky. ALL the leftist media were caught by surprise at her win. But she was anti-Trump all the way. So without doing their homework, they all jumped on her little socialist bandwagon. And now once again, they are slowly trying to creep away but the DNC Chair has called her the future. Oh, what to do! The dems walked in to this with their eyes wide shut. The dumb bitch is going to Washington to start her long career, sucking on the taxpayer like Vlad the Impaler. Don't blame Fox for exploiting the obvious.

I think that’s the problem. Opinion is being labeled as news.
