You asked for numbers. In the meantime, my interest in NFL has waned big time since last year. A co-worker asked me today how the Saints were going to do this year, and I came to a full stop. I haven’t looked at a single thing about the team since last season. I also realize that I didn’t care. I’m only one person, but how does that bow for the league?
I'm more of a CFB fan than the NFL. I'm a Broncos fan, but my interest has waned since Manning retired. I'll watch the games, but unless it's a high profile game I'm really not that interested in the outcome.
It was in Atlanta become they built a new stadium. Build a new stadium and get a Superbowl. That's how it works. Even Minneapolis got a Superbowl.
The world is changing. The NFL and college football will have to evolve in order to maintain attention to their products. Oh, another Bama/Clemson NC or Patriots SB? I’ll just watch Netflix instead. No money from me.
