I have no inside information. I try to read as many “sources” as possible, which really just means collect as much hearsay as possible and at a certain point, things start to seem likely. Nothing special. And we’ve got a knack for going balls to the wall after instate talent. Some were recently saying that he would eventually come back to us even when he was still committed to Bama. This move seems to lend some legitimacy to their statements.
That’s true. I don’t find visits to mean much. Virtually every player visits more than one school even when committed. They like to be wined and dined. And there’s a very vague rumor that TAMU paid Mathews to decommit, although I’m really suspect of that.
Moss was at the Auburn game which is always a good sign. Lot of speculation he wanted to leave the state to get away from the circle he grew up around that tended to find trouble, but the Tigers are still in this one.
