I think you have me confused with someone else, I live in Alabama. My home course is Cambrian Ridge which is one of the courses on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail.
Just set it up, im fairly open for scheduling but if we can get an option or two pitch it. My preference would be for a different course but if we have to play the same track it won't kill me.
@KyleK If you're willing to do the camper thing again, I think the thing that worked best last year was being able to camp so close to where we played. Ideally we should try to find a course close to a campground. Cooler weather would be nice too. I propose the Bama game November 14. 5:00 kickoff gives us plenty of time to play before the game. And that one works especially well for me because I don't have to work the night before. But I'm willing to talk about other dates if that one is no good.
I’ve played it too. Friends are members but no real connection. There’s also the David Toms course in Springfield that may work. Not sure any have the same camping facilities that last year’s did. Nov 5 would work
The 14th nor the 7th work for me. I play in a retired military tournament every year in Myrtle Beach that's played the week of Memorial Day in May/June, this year's was rescheduled because of the virus to November 9th to the 13th.
