Put Russell Shepard in the game and run what they are doing in Michigan. At least for a few series each game. The guy is a leader and I feel like it would take pressure off of the Jekyll-Hyde Lee-Jefferson fiasco we have now.

What if this works??? What if R. S. shines back there and this is how we survive this season and build around him next year. Can Dennard Robinson really be THAT much better that R. S.?

Wouldn't work with the speed of SEC defenses

I agree to a point. But as a change of pace in certain situations, I think this should be done...and should've been done a long time ago. It worked for OM with McCluster, UF with Harvin, etc...

I agree that the S. E. C. Defenses are some of the fastest in the nation. But I think R. S. would also give us an element if leadership and confidence that is sorely lacking by both QBs right now.

Yeah, but that's because he's a BULL. I was referring to smaller speed guys like McCluster and Harvin. I'm convinced Bama could just snap it to Ingram every play and beat 90% of the college football world to death.

Well I don't think Lee lacks in either department. He needs to stop throwing off his back foot, and he needs to continue to improve reading defenses. But he has no lack of confidence, and he displayed more leadership than I've seen on the field at Tiger Stadium since Matt Flynn, at least at QB.
