    I still think Aranda's a great DC. Jimbo just got the better of him that night. It happens - especially with a cunning ole offensive vet.

    It wasn’t as dominating as usual, but he did a bang up job in 2nd half for the most part.

    Meh. Aranda schemed fine. Lack of execution down the stretch really hurt us. Like the multiple OT TDS that we’re 20+ yard throws because Stevens and Vincent let their men get WIDE open. Also the D line was absolutely shot at that point.

    Edit: let’s not forget the Giles fumble. If he lets the punt land and we get the Delpit pick, we win 31-14. The score was incredibly overinflated by the fact that we had 7 OTs where TAMU started at our 25.

    the giles fumble was the play of the game imo... wtf was he thinking... we had just got a stop after scoring on them and he dives for a ball after signaling fair catch... if that play never happens, we wouldn't have needed the delpit pick or any other bad call that happened...

    So true. That turned the tide so hard against us. I honestly doubted we would be able to make it back from that.
