    *digs up short BT explination*

    Bit Torrent is a new way of distributing very large files for free. All you need to do is download a bittorrent client LINK then download the torrent file LINK. Use the client to open the torrent file then just wait as it downloads.

    I really dont either...couldnt tell you how i figured it out or what any of this stuff like seeds and peers mean. Maybe someone should give us a crash course.??

    I downloaded Azureus and have listings for LSUvTexas but don't see where to start the download. I try highlighting the files but can't press the "OK" button

    It should begin dowloading on it's own once you follow the link to the file... Perhaps try clicking Start All under Transfers. :confused:

    OK Mtiger....what do the 2 numbers under peers and seeds mean. The one outside the parenthesis and the one inside??

    the first number is how many peers/seeders you are connected to. the second number is how many there are total

    a seeder is someone who has the whole file
    a peer is somone who only has part of the file
