I think game attendance might drop slighty, especially for the rent-a-win games. As strange as this might sound it might have a positive economic effect for the city of Baton Rouge. If no tailgating was allowed there is no reason for all those people to come to Baton Rouge in their RVs and bring their own food and drinks so a lot of them would opt to stay in local hotels and eat at local restaurants and drink in local bars. On the other hand tailgating fans might just say to hell with the tailgate ban and do it anyway. They can't arrest everybody. Rather than try to enforce a ban and risk creating a huge incident with negative publicity the LSU powers that be might just choose to ignore tailgate ban violations.
