I can tell you how I got my 2003 Sugar Bowl ticket, might work in this situation. I called the hotels and travel agencies to see if there was a package deal for a room or meal plus a ticket. I ended up getting some pregame "buffet" at the Hyatt and a ticket to the game for $400. I would try calling the travel agencies
There are dozens of nice hotels near the buckhead MARTA stop. That is where most tourists stay. It is about a 20 minute ride on MARTA to the GA dome. You take the north/south train to the five points station and get on the west train to the dome. Round trip is 3.50. You could also stay at the four seasons in midtown. It is about 5 blocks from the mid-town marta station. There is also a Marriot in Midtown that is about 2 blocks from the station. You take the south train to five points and get on the west train. Down town there is a marriot, a hyatt, a hilton and several others that are two or three train stops from the dome.
