This is off topic, but if you think Jesco is a trip, take a look at the whole family. There's a documentary on Netflix that is pretty much jawdropping. Like his niece crushing and snorting pain pills in the hospital, right after giving birth. Or the time one of them got married in CVS by the pharmacist, who was also an ordained minister; right after picking up her Lortab and Xanax prescriptions. It would by funny, if it wasn't so sad.
