Georgia will have a VERY GOOD team in 2009. These starters will be coming off of medical redshirts... Jeff Owens Akeem Hebron Trinton Sturdivant Vince Vance Marcus Washington Tavares King A few others as well. Georgia and Florida will compete for the SEC East.

He failed to mention the suspensions as well as injuries. However, the makeup of a championship is one that has Depth and can Persevere (i.e. LSU 2007). I haven't seen a teen with a starting lineup, but no bench, win much of anything. In any sport. I didn't care how UGA used LSU's Championship moment to whine about a playoff system instead of supporting the accomplishment of an inter-conference team. Funny how we don't hear from their president or state legislature this year. Texas is the new UGA this season. Two congressmen from Texas are introducing legislation to do away with the BCS and start a playoff. At least UGA didn't rent planes with banners last year. Both schools are overrated and underachieving.
