I learned something,.. tonight the mets vs Giants is being shown on the MLB channel, the game isn't on my usual channel, not included in my cable tv package at all,.. but I can stream it,.. the MLB channel bought the tv rights to the game, but not the internet rights,.. thought you would just have to know
We played the Yankees today. It was broadcast on the MLB channel which was blacked out in CO. It was carried by our local carrier. No big deal as we had company & I didn't watch the game. And as usual the Rockies lost.
Astros won tonight to open a home stand after going 4-4 on a tough road trip. Manager AJ Hinch was pissed that the Astros had to play a late night game in Los Angeles and then fly home at night to play today. Does seem like fucked up scheduling. MLB should have scheduled last night's game as a day game. Astros are barely ahead of Minnesota for the #2 seed in the AL and the Yankees never seem to lose. Unless Houston gets red hot it looks like the road to the World Series goes through the Bronx.
I have a scheduling gripe too,.. Giants had the day off on Memorial Day, and the 4th of July,.. illogical
