Things are getting closer. We were waiting for SBA loan approval and it was taking forever. The loan was large (for me) because we needed to build out a kitchen in the building which had never been a restaurant before. Now we're close to signing a lease for a place that is already a restaurant that becomes vacant Sept 1. Start up costs are now a lot less. The new location is in the same neighborhood.
