I had the same thought. Anyone who says they need a 30-shot magazine for self defense....I'd say, what you really need is practice.
Never and if you think walking the streets of this country is equivalent to being in an armed conflict one of us is delusional.
Going back to older semi-automatic hunting rifles and shotguns. If you need more than 1 or 2 shots to put down game you need to practice more.
Agree but if you want to get your jollies firing like Stallone go to a firing range and rent a auto with a big magazine. Hey that might be a good business model. Get a license and rent automatic weapons restricted to the range.

That's funny. However the government should not be able to tell you not to have a 30 shot magazine. Once again its an evil heart not an evil gun that kills. Nuts jobs and criminals by their very nature will ignore any law.
None of the government's business to tell you how many rounds you need hunt or protect yourself. If some bad guy attacks me with a 30 round clip then I being the good guy want a 60 round clip.
