Thanks for the link. This article confirms what I have posted on this matter before. College players will be fearful of the NFL getting a stay on this ruling until the appeals are heard later on in the summer. Therefore, I once again predict NO ONE, not even Clarett will declare by March 1.
I don't think it hurt too much. NFL teams will not draft like NBA teams, they want results quickly. Plenty of Jr's jump early and don't make it past one year. If anything this will help Arena football more than anything when all these guys can't go to college.
