Shut the **** up. You admittedly didn't even get to listen to the damn game. How could you think you have any credibility whatsoever?
Because the paper had the time the shots were taken with the score... :hihi: but then again how can a Frat boy know what I am talking about. You did buy your friends didnt you?
Who should be starting? Ben Voogd? If Tack Minor wasn't hurt, he'd be starting and Garrett would be a key reserve, but things happen and you have to have 5 guys out there.
Being a solid defensive player has nothing to do with having a great game. Helping to shut down key players is not important. Scoring points is all thatg matters..........................
G - D Mitchell G - T Mitchell Tasmin can handle the ball and he can shoot F - T Thomas F - D Lazare / Magnum Rolle C - G Davis There might be 2-3 teams in the country who could match this line up.
If anyone remembers the UNC team that won the national title last year, they had a guy named Jackie Manuel (I think that's his name) who did nothing but play defense. He started and played most of the game, but only scored 2 or 3 points a game. He was a shut down defender on the wing. The point is that sometimes it's good to have someone who can neurtralize another team's strength while not necessarily contributing much on the offensive end--as long as that player understands and accepts his role. For now I think Temple does accept it. As he gets more experience and becomes more polished offensively he will understandably want to be a bigger part of the offense. In the meantime he's a valuable piece to this LSU team that could make a serious run in March if things fall our way.
Did you hear Hawthorne's call? Did you hear the crowd? 'Nuff said.
