1. I wonder which is worse?

A black coach being interviewed knowing he isn't going to really be considered or a legitimate black coach not even being interviewed for a head coaching job?
  2. Exactly!!!!!! I don't want the right color coach or the politically correct coach I want the best coach available period!!!!!!! I could care less if he is fluorescent pink.
  3. I think it is worse to interview a black coach knowing he isn't going to really get the job.
  4. Call me a bigot, but I'd really prefer it if we didn't have a fluorescent pink Head Coach. :hihi: :hihi: :hihi:
  5. I'd prefer we get someone purple and gold to begin with, but fluorescent pink is close enough to red that with the proper infusion of blue, we should be halfway ok. :thumb:
  6. Yea, like the Dolphins did with Art Shell last Monday.
  7. I haven't read everything in this thread but let me just say that the title of this thread is just rediculous IMHO.

The whole NFL rule of interviewing minorities first is a sham and everyone knows it including Art Shell and other minorities that are interviewed.
Its a waste of Everyones time involved.

This is political correctness gone crazy along with the whole racial quota thing.
I don't care what color anyone is, its all about qualifications no matter what kind of
    job your talking about.
  8. I say we interview Rich Rodriguez (a Hispanic)at West Virginia and tell the BCA and ESPN to go F- themselves. Besides, he might just be a legit canidate. I wanted this guy when we hired Saban. I do not think he has done quite enough at WV to warrant an LSU hire. I really thought WV would be the ultimate BCS title game buster with the soft schedule.
  9. Wouldn't Norm Chow be your minority interview?

    Norm Chow
  10. christ havent we got enough africans at LSU? hell, the president of the whole damn operation is african, bill jenkins.
